Tim Wood Photo is responsible for the personal information you share when you enquire about photography. To ask a privacy question, contact tim@timwoodphoto.co.uk.
When you get in touch
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and wedding date, with optional details about your partner, venue, phone number and plans. These details are used to respond to you, discuss availability and arrange photography services.
The form sends your enquiry to the business email account. Website hosting and email providers process information needed to provide those services. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Keeping information
Enquiry information is kept while it is needed to respond to your plans and manage any resulting booking. Booking and financial records may need to be retained for contractual or legal reasons. Contact Tim if you would like to discuss the information held about you.
Cookies and website security
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The enquiry service uses an essential session cookie to help protect the form. Temporary security records help limit automated submissions; the site’s form protection does not store the contents of your message in those records. The hosting provider may keep standard server logs.
Fonts and photographs are served by this website. Social media and review links take you to external websites, which have their own privacy and cookie policies.
Your choices
You can ask about access to your personal information, correcting it or deleting it where applicable. Email Tim with your request. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Wedding photographs
Photography, gallery access and the use of wedding images are covered in the arrangements for your booking. Please raise any preferences about sharing photographs before the wedding.
